Come along and experience the eclectic mix of vibrant and elegant rhythms of Ballroom & Latin dancing! Enjoy the enchanting Waltz, the dramatic Tango, the swirling Viennese Waltz, the stylish Foxtrot, the quirky Quickstep, and the playful Charleston. The fiery Latin American rhythms await: the cheeky Cha-Cha-Cha, the fluid Rumba, the party Samba, the powerful Paso Doble, and the swinging Jive. Prepare to be swept off your feet as you glide, spin, and dazzle on the dance floor!

LEVEL 1 - COMPLETE BEGINNERS: Fridays 7pm - 8:30pm

LEVEL 2 - BEGINNERS PLUS: Fridays 8:30pm - 10pm

LEVEL 3 - IMPROVERS: Mondays 7:30pm - 9:00pm

CLASS DURATION: 90 minutes

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderate intensity

WALTZ CLUB

Join us on Monday evenings for the Waltz Club and immerse yourself in the enchanting world of the Waltz. Devoted to the study and appreciation of various Waltz styles, we encompass historical developments from the ballrooms of the 1800s through the modern era. Whether you are looking to learn new steps or to appreciate beautiful rhythms and melodies, the Waltz Club offers a welcoming space to explore and celebrate the timeless elegance and art of the Waltz.

DAY & TIME: Mondays 6:30pm – 7:30pm

LEVEL: Open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced social dancers.

TROPICAL DANCE CLUB: KIZOMBA, BACHATA, RUMBA & MERENGUE

Our Tropical Dance Club is the perfect antidote to British weather! With relaxed, sun-soaked rhythms and grounded movements, these gentle dances can enhance fitness and release a wave of feel-good energy. Kizomba offers a deeply connected experience; Bachata’s beautiful melodies invite you onto the dance floor, social Rumba adds soft Cuban motion, and Merengue is full of fun - come along and try it!

VINTAGE DANCE CLASSES FOR ADULTS

If you love vintage culture, join us to explore the rich history and rhythmic traditions that have shaped music and dance. We'll trace the evolution of the Jazz Age, the Swing Era, and the Golden Age of Hollywood, as you experience the captivating rhythms of Swing (Lindy Hop), Charleston, Boogie Woogie, and Blues. Come along and dance your way through the roaring 1920s, the elegant 1930s, the dynamic 1940s, and the fabulous 1950s!

PRIVATE TUITION

Private tuition offers a personalised approach to learning and can prepare you for a ball, cruise, special event, or party. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, we can help you achieve your goals, refine techniques, and overcome challenges. You can learn solo for focused attention on your individual progress, or with a dance partner to make the experience more social - the choice is yours!

AVAILABILITY: Advance booking is required.

LOCATION: Private tuition takes place in a small home gym in Hullavington (Wiltshire, SN14). If you require more space, we can hire Grittleton Village Hall or Hullavington Village Hall, subject to availability and additional fees.

FEE: £40 for 60 minutes (for up to 2 participants). Advance booking required. An additional fee applies if you request the hire of a village hall. Cash and card payments accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked session time may incur a charge. Missed appointments will incur a charge.

Our children’s classes are lively and engaging, introducing rhythms and cultures from around the world! We aim to inspire a love for music and movement by providing a structured learning environment that encourages personal expression, play, and creativity. We celebrate achievements in all forms, and our classes promote body awareness, mindfulness skills, and the exploration of coping strategies and self-belief when faced with challenges—an excellent combination!

It also offers a crucial non-verbal means of emotional expression.
